Heil has systems installed throughout North America that have been operating for decades in hazardous and corrosive processes.  Certain individual components do wear out and must be replaced from time to time. 

Providing the customer with a reiliable support system of spare parts is crucial to the ongoing operation of equipment that operates in a harsh and corrosive environment.  

Heil staff includes a full time aftermarket salesperson provide quick turnaround on replacement part pricing.  Through a buying agreement, Heil can also stock certain aftermarket components to reduce manufacturing leadtime to the customer.

System Analysis

Heil also provides a service for system analysis of existing APC equipment, including hoods, ducting, control device, and fan.  We will send a highly qualified engineer to perform a complete inspection to include airflow measurements, velocity, differential pressure, and system integrity.   Heil will follow up with a written analysis along with reccomendations.
